Vans Warped Tour: 18th Edition Kicks Off June 16 in Salt Lake City
The 18th annual Vans Warped Tour launches June 16 at the Utah State Fairpark in Salt Lake City. The last stop on the traveling festival’s itinerary is Aug. 5 in Portland, Oregon. The 2012 edition marks the first time in 14 years that the Vans Warped Tour will sell tickets overseas. The day-long event makes its way across the pond to London, England on Nov. 10.
Headliners at this year’s Warped Tour include All Time Low, New Found Glory, Taking Back Sunday, and Yellowcard. Of course, that’s just a fraction of the dozens and dozens of artists set to play the festival’s many stages. Below, BSTLV looks at all the acts scheduled to perform at this year’s Warped Tour. Like always, the lineup is an eclectic mix of young and talented artists.

A Loss For Words – Pop punk outfit also known as AL4w.
After The Burial – Metal band from the Twin Cities and signed to Sumerian Records.
All Time Low – Pop Punk, Alternative band from Baltimore, Maryland set to play on the Main Stage.
Amyst – Post hardcore, electronic band playing the Ernie Ball Stage from 7/24 through 8/1.
Anthony Raneri – Alternative singer/songwriter scheduled for the Acoustic Basement Stage through July 30.
Anti Flag – Political punk rock band from Pittsburgh listed for the Main Stage from 6/16 through 7/15. That July 15 Vans Warped Tour stop is in Toronto, Ontario.
Ballyhoo! – Look for “America’s-Favorite-Feel-Good-Party-Band” on the Skullcandy Stage.
Bangups – Punk rockers slated to be on the Kevin Says Stage from 7/5 through 7/18
Bayside – On the calendar from 6/16 through 7/30, this punk rock clique has five albums under their belts.
blessthefall – This post-hardcore unit released their third studio album in October of 2011.
Born Of Osiris – Deathcore group named after an Egyptian deity will be performing on the Ernie Ball Stage.
Breathe Carolina – The duo of David Schmitt and Kyle Even dabbles in electronic rock. They will be gracing the tour’s Main Stage.
Brian Marquis – Catch this folk singer on the Acoustic Basement Stage.
Captain Capa – German electronic music band who has released three EPs and two studio albums.
CatchingYourClouds – Pop band playing the Kevin Says Stage on and off throughout June.
Champagne Champagne – These “punk-rap-shoegazers” from Seattle will delight ticketholders during their sets on the Skullcandy Stage.
Chelsea Grin – Deathcore band named after a torture method. Catch them on the MyPlash Stage.
Chuck Ragan – Folk singer and former member of Hot Water Music.
Chunk! No, Captain Chunk! – This pop punk five are signed to Fearless Records and will perform on the Ernie Ball Stage.
Cold Forty Three – To be turned loose on the Ernie Ball Stage, this L.A. punk band is also known as “Cold 40*3.”
Danielle Barbe – Look for Barbe on the Ernie Ball Stage from 7/7 through 7/20.
Dead Sara – Rock band from Los Angeles who are currently celebrating the release of their debut album.
Divided By Friday – Rock quartet from Laurinburg, North Carolina.
Echo Movement – A seven-piece rock, reggae unit booked for the Skullcandy Stage.
Emily’s Army – Teenage punk rockers from Oakland, California will be on the tour from 7/5 through 7/15.
Every Time I Die – Metalcore quintet from Buffalo, New York known for their sarcastic lyrics.
Falling In Reverse – A post hardcore outfit whose debut went to #19 on the Billboard 200. Look for them on the Main Stage but only when the tour is in the United States.
Fireworks – Punk band from Detroit, Michigan tapped to perform on the Ernie Ball Stage.
For Today – Christian metalcore band from Sioux City, Iowa.
Four Year Strong – Punk rock band founded in 2001 that are going to perform on the tour’s Main Stage.
Funeral Party – Three-piece alternative band comprised of Chad Elliott, James Lawrence Torres, and Kimo Kauhola.
G-Eazy – Rapper from Oakland, California asked to play on the Skullcandy Stage.
Hostage Calm – This punk rock band will jam on the Kevin Says Stage beginning July 19 when the Vans Warped Tour visits Mansfield, Massachusetts.
Hyro Da Hero – Catch this hip hop outfit from 6/16 through 7/15 on the Skullcandy Stage.
I Am The Avalanche – Punk rock band from Brooklyn, New York.
I Call Fives – Pop punk quintet signed to Pure Noise Records.
I Fight Dragons – Rock band from the Windy City that incorporates sounds from Nintendo video game systems.
Impending Doom – Death metal quartet founded by Brook Reeves.
Into It. Over It. – Enjoy Chicago’s Evan Thomas Weiss at the Acoustic Basement Stage from 6/16 through 7/7. He once wrote a song a week for a year.
It Boys! – A handsome rock-pop outfit gracing the Kevin Says Stage.
iwrestledabearonce – Metal band from Louisiana that once toured with Blessthefall and Vanna.
June Divided – This Philly rock group, fronted by Melissa Menago, will perform from 7/21 through 7/28 on the Ernie Ball Stage.
Justina – Riding her single “Bubble Gum,” rapper Justina takes to the Tilly’s/Alternative Press Stage from 7/17 through 7/24.
Koji – Watch this acoustic, punk rocker entertain fans from his perch on the Acoustic Basement Stage.
Living With Lions – Canadian punk rockers who released their debut album in 2007.
Lost In Society – Punk rock trio consisting of Hector Bonora, Zack Moyle, and Nick Ruroede.
Lostprophets – Welsh rock band whose latest album, Weapons, dropped on April 2, 2012.
Machine Gun Kelly – Rapper Richard Colson Baker also known as MGK.
Make Do And Mend – Rock, punk, post-hardcore project from West Hartford, Connecticut.
Man Overboard – Garden State group known for its slogan “Defend Pop Punk.”
Matt Toka – Green haired punk rocker from Youngstown, Ohio.
Mayday Parade – Alternative rock band that was created after Kids Named Chicago merged with Defining Moment.
Memphis May Fire – Performing post hardcore, this Dallas-based band has released two studio albums.

Oh No Fiasco – Dancable alternative band from Knoxville, Tennessee fronted by singer Lindsey Stamey.
Owen Plant – Reggae singer-songwriter playing the Acoustic Basement Stage from 7/8 through 8/5.
Pierce The Veil – Rock quartet founded by brothers Vic and Mike Fuentes. They will be on the Main Stage.
Polar Bear Club – Five-piece punk rock crew from upstate New York.
Rise Against – Chicago punk band, big time supporters of PETA, and Main Stage performers (7/5, 7/6. 7/8, and 7/9).

T. Mills – A 23-year-old rapper who got his start by self-releasing his music on the internet.
Taking Back Sunday – Rock band from Amityville, New York and Main Stage participants.
Taylor Thrash – This pop, rock artist will be performing on the Ernie Ball Stage from 6/29 through 7/6.
Ten Second Epic – Edmonton alternative rockers released their third studio album in September of 2011.
The Constellations – Their song “We’re Here To Save The Day” was featured on an episode of Chuck and in the video game NBA2K11.

The Ghost Inside – Melodic hardcore band formerly named “A Dying Dream.”
The Green – Award-winning reggae band from Hawaii.
The Jukebox Romantics – Southern New York punk rockers who released their debut album in 2009.
The Scissors – Punk outfit from Chicago about to release their fourth studio opus.
The Silver Comet – Alternative soul troupe from Atlanta, Georgia.
The Used – Alternative rockers and Main Stagers hailing from Orem, Utah.
They All Float – This post hardcore foursome formed in Long Island, New York in early 2011.

Twin Atlantic – Alternative rock outfit from Glasgow, Scotland who’ve released two studio albums, Vivarium (2009) and Free (2011).
Vampires Everywhere! – Metal band from Los Angeles, California. They are signed to Century Media and Hollywood Waste Records.
Vanna – Post hardcore outfit who released their first studio album in 2007.
Vinnie Caruana – Former singer for the punk band The Movielife set to play the Acoustic Basement Stage from 6/16 to 7/3. That July 3 Vans Warped Tour stop is set for Dallas, Texas.
Wax – Also known as Michael Jones, Wax is signed to Def Jam Recordings and was discovered on YouTube.
We Are The In Crowd – Pop punk collective from Poughkeepsie, New York that once had its MySpace page hacked.
We Are The Ocean – Alternative rock band from Loughton, Essex, England. They formed in 2007.
We The Kings – Power pop, punk rock, alternative quintet signed to S-Curve Records. They will be performing on the Main Stage.
