Jersey Boys, the docu-musical based on the lives of one of the most successful chart-topping '60s rock 'n roll groups, the Four Seasons, made its Broadway debut November 6, 2005 at the August Wilson Theatre. The show, directed by Des Mcanuff, artistic director at La Jolla Playhouse, uses many of the superstars' hit songs to tell the turbulant story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons' rise to fame.
